The data we use, and why.
Controller and purposes
Archery Info, identified in the legal notice, runs this directory. Public venue data is used to inform visitors. What you type in a form is used to handle your request, on the basis of your consent.
What we record
E-mail, place concerned, general choice, optional venue reference, date and version of your consent. A hashed fingerprint of your IP address limits abuse; the raw address is not stored with your request. Do not send documents or data about third parties.
E-mail list
If you subscribe from the calculator, we keep your e-mail, the date, the wording you agreed to and its version. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the address. Addresses are purged after 24 months.
Recipients and duration
Only authorised guide staff can read requests. They are not sold and not forwarded to venues. Requests are deleted after 90 days. Hosting is provided by o2switch in France; the editor, based in Mauritius, may read requests remotely to handle them.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or object to a listing being displayed, via the contact page. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Trackers
Pages load no ads and no third-party analytics. Interactive maps load their tiles from OpenStreetMap, which then receives your IP address. The server may use technical security cookies and keep operating logs. Links to venue websites only open when you click them.
